- Prohibited items refer to articles prohibited or restricted from insertion in postal items. Prohibited items are designated in the following cases:
- 1) if such measure is considered necessary, as an article by its nature may cause harm to the handling staff or damage to postal facilities or other items;
- 2) if such measure is considered necessary, given trade policies, etc. of related countries.
- Prohibited items are in accordance with treaties, the Postal Act, international postal regulations, and other domestic laws or announcements.
